Melanie has a background in major ICT programs. She has extensive Australian and international management consulting and IT leadership experience incorporating strategy, business and IT transformation, business process re-engineering, organisational change, operational management, business development, marketing and human resources.
As a leader of consulting businesses for over 20 years, Melanie has worked extensively with clients in the public sector and financial services. Her expertise in the application of technology for business transformation and the provision of managed services is formidable. She has lead significant change programs in complex multi-stakeholder environments and is a skilled facilitator and communicator at executive level.
Lucy is a highly experienced and impactful Senior Executive Consultant with extensive Australian and international corporate and consulting experience. She has had deep exposure to business transformation, integration and the fusion between HR, business strategy and execution. Her experience includes executive coaching, leadership of direct and indirect staff in a complex, multi-regional matrix structure and regular engagement at Board level.
Lucy has led major organisational transformation and restructuring associated with cultural change, customer centricity, acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures and rapidly changing market conditions. Her work with Silverstone Edge covers public and private sector clients, deep strategic engagements carried out over the longer term and short, sharp interventions to drive rapid change.
With 25 years experience as a Senior Executive in complex organisations, including large public sector organisations and multi- national companies, Cheryl has led major change and innovation initiatives, building the culture needed to ensure successful transformation, including transformation requiring strong industrial relations and stakeholder management strategies.
Cheryl has unique and recent experience in the physical, cultural and technological design of the workplace. As Executive Sponsor, Cheryl was able to ensure that the
design of WorkSafe’s award winning headquarters in Geelong enhanced mental health and wellbeing, providing places to focus, collaborate, learn and socialise.
Ben is a communications expert, specialising in audience-driven storytelling. His core skill is getting to the heart of every brief and building the connection between audience and intended message.
With a background in market research, video production and creative consultation, Ben is highly skilled in copy and scriptwriting, directing and facilitation. He is also an experienced HCD (Human Centred Design) trainer. He cares about clear, concise and compelling communication.
With a focus on devising nourishing content, Ben is the go to expert for distilling raw information into sharp, engaging narratives.
Carole specialises in visual communication design. She harnesses the power of visualisation to translate strategies into tangible pieces of communication that influence behaviours and lead transformation.
Through visual explainers and strategic narratives, Carole supports organisational change by enhancing their communication plan and providing visual tools that maximise engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
In over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Organisational Development and Change Management, Kate has successfully implemented leadership, talent development, recruitment, performance management, employee retention & engagement and organisational change programs for global and government agencies.
She is passionate about designing and leading strategy, and result-oriented programs and initiatives, and have the ability, experience and acumen to quickly understand business needs, analyse issues, and partner with stakeholders to influence outcomes.
As a respected people leader, she interfaces effectively with stakeholders at all levels, delivering integrated Human Resource solutions for today and the future.
Yvette has been creating change in individuals, teams and organisations to grow and flourish for over 25 years both in Australia and the UK. Working across a diverse range of organisations including public sector, Coca-Cola, Diageo, Nestle and not-for-profit, Yvette has successfully lead numerous large scale projects implementing change and innovation whilst nurturing a climate of collaboration
and co-operation in often hostile environments.
Trained in positive psychology coaching, mindfulness and accredited as a Strengths profiler, Yvette is passionate about creating and implementing culture change that will improve wellbeing, create and foster a climate of thriving for the individual, for teams and for the organisation.
