The Department is working with Silverstone Edge to develop and implement a refreshed culture supported by the necessary contemporary capabilities.

The facilitation work is characterised by a need to address deeply entrenched silo structures and behaviours that are holding back desired progress.

Our ongoing work with the Department is focused on lifting capability and improving culture to enhance staff engagement and performance. This presents both technical and adaptive challenges as the Department is asking its staff to work in new ways and adopt new habits to meet the changing demands of its stakeholders.
